ABOUT BRITT

I began to seriously study health & movement in New York City with master teacher, Maty Ezraty in 2014 and completed my 200-Hr in-depth yoga training at YogaWorks in Soho.  The trajectory of my life was changed after finally feeling like I had the proper tools to make a significant impact in the lives of others.  Soon after moving to San Francisco in 2014, I became a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and was inching closer to my purpose, or my “dharma”.  In 2016, I completed Balanced Body’s Pilates Mat & Reformer training after experiencing the profound effects of Joseph Pilates’ exercise method.  And I continue to refine my teaching with constant continuing education trainings both near & far.

My personal movement practice consists of both yoga & Pilates coupled with various forms of modern dance & mindful movement, as well as martial arts like Tai Ji Quan & Qi Gong. I am currently working towards my Doctorate in Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine and look forward to combining my loves of holistic health, mindful movement & Chinese Medicine into one in a few years time.
