Meet Britt

As a 200Hr RYT (working towards 500Hr RYT) certified yoga instructor, Pilates instructor, & holistic wellness coach, I offer movement classes, meditation classes and wellnesses coaching sessions.

Yoga offerings include: Mindful Flow vinyasa, Elemental Yin, and Restorative.

Pilates offerings include: Mat & Reformer in group or private settings.

Certified holistic health coach offerings: working with clients remotely or in person.

I am currently working towards my doctorate degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine, acupuncture & herbal medicine, and plan to graduate in 2022.
