About Britt

I began to seriously study movement in New York City with master teacher, Maty Ezraty in 2014 and completed my 200-Hr in-depth yoga training at YogaWorks in Soho. The trajectory of my life was changed after finally feeling like I had the proper tools to make a significant impact in the lives of others. Soon after moving to San Francisco in 2014, I became a Holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and was inching closer to my dharma. In 2016, I completed Balanced Body’s Mat & Reformer training after experiencing the profound effects of Joseph Pilates exercise method. Most recently, I have begun studying Traditional Chinese Medicine at the American College for Traditional Chinese Medicine and working towards my 500-Hr RYT with Tiffany Cruikshank.
