YOGA: PRIVATE CLASSES

MINDFUL VINYASA, YIN, RESTORATIVE, & MEDITATION

Allow me to guide you and/or your team through mindful flows, linking breath to movement, or sink into a more relaxed Yin or restorative class using props & guided imagery to support the stillness. All classes include meditation, and it is possible to book 30 minute to hour-long meditation classes separate from movement.


My experience with Britt was nothing less than amazing. Our team always looked forward to our weekly yoga sessions at the top of the hill. Britt brought her expertise in yoga and tailored it to meet our group, which came with a very diverse skill set. You could be both a seasoned yogi or a beginner and still enjoy her class.
