VIRTUAL WELLNESS COACHING
In each session, both one on one and group sessions, we will explore your most audacious goals, as well as the areas in your life where you feel stuck. By borrowing techniques from the world’s most ancient holistic healing systems like Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine, we will work towards restoring physical health, while also restoring balance in all other aspects of ourselves: emotional, spiritual, intellectual, financial & social.
Group sessions can be curated by you to include a gathering of your choosing or put together by me.
All sessions can be done in person or remotely via Skype or Facetime.
